When you purchase product from North American Stone Company (NASC), you are buying what we consider the finest product available on the market. As such NASC stands behind its Manufactured Stone Veneer Products (Shiloh Ridge Stone) with the longest warranty available today. Due to the high quality of the products produced by NASC we proudly extends a Life Time Transferable Limited Warranty on its full line Products.
Coverage – Life Time Limited Warranty
NASC warranty covers manufacturing defects in its manufactured stone Veneer products (Shiloh Ridge Stone) when used on a structure which conforms to local building codes and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. NASC will repair or provide free-of-charge, new materials to replace those which are determined to be defective. NASC extends a Life Time limited warranty to the original purchaser/owner on the property to which it is installed starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Settlement of the building or other wall movement.
- Contact with chemicals or paint
- Discoloration due to airborne contaminants.
- Staining or oxidation.
NASC does not cover damages, defects or discoloration due to negligence or if used in applications other than those approved by NASC, nor does it cover damage caused by improper installation.
This is a material only warranty, NASC is not responsible for labor costs incurred in the removal and replacement of defective products, or transportation costs incurred of shipping replacement stone veneer. Shiloh Ridge Stone Veneer is not warranted for use on the ground or as a surface area subject to foot or motor traffic.
NASC reserves the right to request pictures be sent as requested to show product defects claimed, and reserves the right to send a representative to the installation site to inspect the veneer and surrounding areas and installation.
Transferability Option
NASC wishes to insure that its products maintain maximum value to the purchaser should they wish to sell their property and recognizes that owners may wish to extend this warranty protection to a subsequent owner of their property to offer them assurance. As such NACM will for a $25.00 document handling fee” payable at the time of transfer extend its warranty protection for an additional 3 years starting from the date of sale of their of property to a new owner. This warranty transfer/extension option is limited to the original purchaser only, and must be done within 90 days after the date of sale of the property. The warranty will not transfer or cover additional or subsequent owner after the first transfer. Documentation of showing original purchase and installation information and sale date of property will be needed.
